What You’ll Need: 150ml Lukewarm Water 100g Butter 2 Eggs Instructions: Empty the flour mix into a bowl and set aside. Add yeast sachet provided to 150ml lukewarm water. Rub 100g diced butter or margarine into the dry ingredients, working lightly with fingertips. Beat 2 eggs into the yeast and water mixture. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Let the dough rest in a warm area, until doubled in size. Shape dough into balls of your desired size and knead off balls. Rest for another 10 min. Grill over medium coals for 15-20 min, turning often.
