The stainless steel resists corrosion and abrasion to prevent mechanical damage such as leaks that can be caused due to deterioration. Heavy-gauge stainless steel is utilized on the countertop for easy cleaning and increased sanitization. The back, interior top, and bottom of this unit are made with galvanized steel for extra durability. The black model is coated with wear-resistant black vinyl on the outside.
