These tiny yellow mushrooms are often known as Nail or Tack mushrooms. They grow in small bunches but here they are separated into  “nail” like mushrooms that are preserved in vinegar and oil. They are a rare mushroom collected in forests, a definite favourite for mushroom hunters in Italy. They have a nice texture and are well marinated and seasoned. Garnish pasta, risotto, gnocchi or add to a salad or next to a steak.
