This Organic Tomato Sugo (or sauce) is bottled for us in Castellina Marittima 35 km from Pisa. It’s ready to use and made with high quality ingredients to a traditional Tuscan recipe. Hand picked ripe tomatoes are chopped and combined with onions, garlic, tomato paste, celery, parsley, basil and extra virgin olive oil and cooked in small batches.
