(1) Rinsing Rice First, pour plenty of water and quickly discard it. Next, stir about 10 times quickly to wash the rice. Then, pour and discard the water again. Repeat this process about 5 times until the water runs clear. (2) Adjusting Water Level 【For Rice】 Use the rice cooker’s scale as a guideline for adding water. 【For Sushi】 Add 360ml of water for every 300g. Use the same ratio for curry, donburi, or other dishes to your preference. (3) After Cooking Rice grains stand firm and shine bright when done.
