Distilled using the distillery’s secret cultivation process, DAIYAME is distinguished by its striking fragrance reminiscent of fresh lychee — the result of high levels of monoterpene alcohol (MTA) found in Koujuku-imo. This shochu pairs beautifully with a wide range of international cuisines, and when enjoyed with soda water, its rich, layered flavours are further enhanced.
